Return Policy

RETURNS / REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Ceylon Bizk will give its customers the opportunity to refund or return or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returnable items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and still have their appropriate tags intact.

Returns should be made within 15 days of good delivery date and in original, undamaged and in appropriate packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item. After inspection of the product returned quality, we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser's account within 5-7 business days.

We will only be refunding damaged or faulty goods and not for unwanted products. We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange for items that were on sale when purchasing.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We will refund the returning postal charge when a product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Note: Please note that the above policies are subject to change by the Management of Ceylon Bizk at any given time without prior notice to the customer.

Returning Process

Please email customer services at ceylonbizk@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address given in the email.

For returning products, please provide below information to arrange the refund or exchange.

  • Product Code
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)
